We guarantee our work against the following issues at no additional cost to you:  Lifting  Peeling  Nail breakage  Remaining nail product residue  If you experience any of these concerns within our warranty timeframe, we’re happy to provide a complimentary fix — no questions asked.  

Warranty Time-frames by Service

We proudly offer complimentary fixes if any issues arise within the following timeframes: For regular polish, our warranty covers up to 3 days after your appointment. Gel polish and nail extensions are covered for up to 7 days, ensuring long-lasting results you can count on. For stones and embellishments, we offer a 5-day warranty. If you experience any lifting, peeling, breakage, or similar concerns within these timeframes, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.  

💅 No Thinners. No Additives. No Compromises. 💅

We do not use nail polish thinners, acetone-based restorers, or any additives to extend the life of nail polish. Our focus is on delivering true, lasting results using quality products — the way the brands intended.  All of our nail products are purchased directly from manufacturers or licensed distributors to ensure authenticity and performance. We do not use knock-off or diluted versions of any brand, staying 100% true to the original formulas.
